Rosemount Capital Management, LLC acts as the manager of our funds.

Rosemount Capital Management, LLC (RCM) is the manager for the Rosemount Global Trade Finance Fund, L.P. which was launched in December of 2005. Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company was the initial investor in the fund along with RCM’s management. Merrill Lynch L.P. Holdings subsequently made a significant limited partnership investment in the Fund and Merrill Lynch Asset Holdings provides the Fund with a senior secured committed revolving credit facility used for working capital and leverage purposes. Membership interests in RCM are held by its management, Wood Creek Venture Fund, LLC, Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance and ML Asset Holdings (an indirect subsidiary of Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc.).

The Fund’s objective is to generate consistent returns with low volatility and minimal correlation to the global capital markets by investing in, and actively originating, syndicating and trading a diversified portfolio of trade finance debt obligations from obligors in more developed emerging market countries. RCM has established a team of professionals with many collective years of successful trade finance market experience who work closely with an established network of contacts throughout Latin America, Eastern Europe and Asia to identify suitable Trade Finance opportunities.
